About our President

Jon Anderson is an experienced entrepreneur and real estate developer. Jon continues to be successful in starting and continuously operating several businesses in diverse fields by identifying needs and filling those needs by creating value for others and maintaining credibility for all parties. Jon enjoys the challenge of being self-employed. It requires the ability to start everyday with nothing and make something out of it. He likes that he isn’t “on the payroll,” but he is responsible for creating the payroll. After 22 years of being self-employed, Jon has seen lots of ups and downs, but has always found a way to overcome obstacles through determination and a positive attitude. Life is what you make it. Vision and determination coupled with faith and character are his keys to success.

Mr. Anderson has over 2500 acres of land development experience and manages all aspects of development in his projects. These aspects include; purchase and sale of the property, site selection, due diligence for available utilities, site planning and design, surveying, engineering, platting, communication with local government and utility providers, constructing water, electric, fiber, sewer, and roads.
